How much is a sauna session in Brighton?
Standard shared sessions run from £8 (Sauna in the Lanes) to £20 (Flame Sauna & Café), with a median of £16. Prices were copied from each venue's booking page in October 2026.
What is the cheapest sauna in Brighton?
YOYO Yard at £7 for 30 min (weekdays), Saltdean Lido Sauna at £7.50 for 30 min and Sauna in the Lanes at £8 for 30 min. The cheapest few are short sessions of 25 to 30 minutes; for a full hour the lowest price is £10 at Stanmer Sauna Garden.
Are Brighton saunas more expensive at weekends?
At three venues, yes: Saunadelic £16 then £17 at weekend (55 minutes), YOYO Yard £12 then £14 at peak (60 minutes) and Beach Box Spa £12.50 then £17.50 at peak (45 minutes). The other venues charge one price for the standard session.
Is the price per person or per group?
Shared sessions are priced per person. Private hire is priced per group, so a whole sauna costs far more in total but less per head. See the private sauna hire page for those totals.
Is a cold plunge included in the price of a sauna session?
At Sauna + Stretch, Recovery Room, Sauna in the Lanes, Luna Hut Sauna Café, Flame Sauna & Café and Sauna Yard West Hove the session name includes the plunge. Beach Box Spa says its plunge pool, ice bath and slipper bath are available during your session at no extra charge.
How much is a sauna at a Brighton gym or hotel spa?

Every price here was copied from the venue's own booking page and checked by code against a saved copy; the date beside each venue is when its oldest price was last read. We count shared, per-person sessions only. 'Standard' is the 55 to 60 minute session where a venue sells one, otherwise its cheapest session length, at the everyday rate. The cheapest column is the same price every venue page shows as “from”: the cheapest standard shared session. Day-specific deals (a Tuesday price, a Friday morning slot), silent early-birds, women-only, guided and event sessions, memberships, session packs and treatments are left out of this table; they are on each venue's own page. The median is the middle standard price across venues; with an even number of venues it is the mean of the middle two.
