What it's like
Sauna + Stretch is a glass-fronted indoor studio at 68 Goldstone Villas, under two minutes from Hove station. The sauna is electric, clad in Canadian red cedar with Himalayan salt panels. The studio says it uses advanced water filtration and natural materials with no harmful glues or toxic chemicals.
A shared session is 50 minutes, includes a cold plunge, and takes up to eight people. You rinse cool between rounds and can shower before you start. The venue doesn't publish the temperature, the type of plunge or what the water temperature is.
The other half of the name is assisted stretch therapy. These are 1-2-1 sessions with no sauna, or you can combine the two in a 75 minute Sauna + Stretch slot. There are also home visits for stretching.
Storage is cubby holes rather than lockers. Drinks and snacks come with private hire; otherwise bring water, no glass.
Who it's for
People who want the sauna and the bodywork under one roof, regular visitors who'd rather pay by pack or membership, and commuters. The age limit is 16 and over.

- Shared sauna with cold plunge is £20 for 50 minutes. The sauna and stretch combo is £75 for 75 minutes.
- Get there on foot from Hove station, which is south of the main footbridge, or by buses 2, 5, 5A, 5B, 7, 21, 46, 47 or 49 to Hove Station or Goldstone Villas. Parking is on-street pay-and-display outside or the 24-hour APCOA Hove Station car park.
- Bring a swimsuit, two towels, flip-flops and a towel to sit on. No jewellery, phones or personal oils in the sauna.
