A wood-fired sauna and plunge pool in the garden of Flat Out coffee shop. It appears closed or paused: its website has expired, its booking page shows no appointments for October or November 2026, and its last Instagram post was on 7 June 2026. We haven't listed it and will recheck.

Not open yet. Rockwater Hove sauna huts and Toasty Hove beach sauna have planning permission on the seafront, with no opening date published.
