What it's like
Little Jasmine is a day spa best known for Thai massage and beauty treatments, with two branches: 14 New Road in Brighton and 12 George Street in Hove. The sauna is a far-infrared Sahara cabin that the venue says fits up to two people comfortably.
A session is 30 minutes and £30, and shower time is included in that half hour. The venue says temperatures can reach up to 60°C. It doesn't say whether the £30 is per cabin or per person.
The sauna page presents it as an add-on. It says you can add it to any treatment by asking at the time of booking, and only over the phone, although its service card also carries an "Online booking" label. When we checked, the sauna wasn't in the Phorest online booking menu, whose add-ons are oils, candle massage, a face mask, gua sha, hot stones and a body scrub. One customer review on the couples massage page mentions an infrared sauna in the corner of a treatment room, but no page says which branch has the cabin.
The copy may be old: the sauna page calls the cabin "brand new" and carries no date. Phone before you rely on any of it.
Who it's for
People already booking a massage who fancy tacking on some infrared heat. Couples, since two people fit in the cabin. It doesn't suit someone who just wants to book a sauna slot online, because the sauna wasn't in the online booking menu when we checked.

First time here
- Phone 01273 911500 and ask to add the sauna to a treatment. The sauna page says this is phone only.
- Ask which branch has the cabin. The Brighton branch is 14 New Road, BN1 1UF and the Hove branch is 12 George Street, BN3 3YA. The site doesn't say.
