Kings Gym Brighton sells a day pass online for £11.99, and a one-week pass for £25, so non-members can get in without joining. The club page says "there's an on-site sauna", and describes locker rooms "with showers and a sauna". What it doesn't say in so many words is that the day pass includes the sauna, so confirm that before you pay.

It's a strength and conditioning gym at 78-81 Queens Road, a short walk from Brighton station. The club lists over 100 machines, a dedicated powerlifting room and dumbbells up to 80 kg. There's also an on-site physio and sports massage.

The sauna itself is barely described. Type, size, temperature and whether there's one per changing room or one shared aren't published. No steam room, pool or cold plunge is listed.
