What it's like
You need to be a member, or a member's signed-in guest, to use the sauna at Natural Fit Hove. The club publishes no day pass or spa day. The terms say members aged 18 or over can request that guests be admitted, subject to the club's approval, and guests must be signed in. Any guest fee isn't published.
The club is built inside a converted church, St Agnes, on the edge of Hove Park. The spa page describes an Italian sauna, a steam hammam and a hydropool with jets, and the Hove page adds an "experience shower". The centrepiece is a heated indoor pool with hydro-jets and water features. Afterwards there's a spa lounge serving salads and a wine list, with loungers and a members' library.
One unusual detail: staff coach what the club calls "static aerobic exercise" techniques in the sauna and steam room, so you can "experience exercise even when sitting still". Sauna temperature, capacity and heater type aren't published, and no cold plunge or ice bath is mentioned.
