The sauna at Energie Fitness Brighton is members only. The club lists no day pass or non-member price for it, so the only route in is a membership on one of the plans that include it.
It's an infrared sauna, and the club's photos show a cabin with a glass door. The gym is at 61-62 Western Road. Of the three plans on the club page, only two include the sauna. WOW, from £45 a month, gives infrared sauna "4 x per month". EPIC, from £55 a month, gives unlimited use. The cheapest plan, CLASSIC at £40, lists no sauna.
The page doesn't give the cabin's size, capacity, temperature, whether you book a slot, or any sauna-specific hours. It also lists no steam room, pool or cold plunge. This is a sauna cabin in a gym, not a spa.
