What it's like
Prince Regent is a pool complex on Church Street, run by Freedom Leisure, and the sauna and steam room show up in its own timetable and in the family membership description on the centre's pages, but the centre's facility list doesn't mention them. The timetable evidence is a "Sauna & Steam Opening Hours" timetable in the centre's feed, with sessions listed for 7 to 13 October 2026.
Whether you can use it casually isn't clear. No pay-as-you-go sauna price is published on Freedom Leisure's pages or on its booking site, and the venue's access type is not confirmed. The only membership that mentions the sauna by name is the Brighton and Hove family membership, which lists "use of all steam rooms and saunas". Call 01273 685692 to ask.

- Check the sauna and steam timetable for the week. Hours vary. In the week checked: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7am to 3:45pm and 5:30pm to 9pm; Friday 7am to 5:45pm; Saturday 9:30am to 3:45pm; Sunday 10:15am to 5pm.
- Find the centre: Church Street, Brighton, BN1 1YA. It's a four minute walk from Victoria Gardens and about 12 minutes from Brighton station.
- Driving: the car park costs £1 for two hours, but you need to sign in at reception.
