What it's like
Only members can use the sauna at Soho House Brighton. The House's own page says the gym "can be used by adult members only", and the sauna and steam room are inside it. No day pass, spa day or non-member access is published.
The sauna is infrared. The gym page says to "Recover in the infrared sauna or steam room", and describes a spacious gym with floor-to-ceiling views of the sea, two studios and TechnoGym equipment. The House is on the seafront at The Terraces, Madeira Drive, with a glass-fronted club and a banana-shaped pool designed by the artist David Shrigley. The pool is adults only.
Sauna capacity and temperature aren't published, nor are changing rooms or towels. No cold plunge or ice bath is mentioned. A smoothie bar and retail station sit in the gym area.

People who already belong to Soho House, or are willing to apply. Membership starts from £175 a month (£79.17 for under-27s), and the page doesn't name the tier that price refers to. The group-wide benefits mention four guest passes every three months, but guest use of the Brighton gym isn't confirmed.
