What it's like
The sauna at David Lloyd Brighton is for members and their guests only. There's no public day pass, and the club doesn't publish a non-member price for the spa. Guests have to be brought in by a member, and extra guest passes are priced "by Club"; the Brighton figure isn't on the site.
The club is in Brighton Marina Village. Its spa page describes "adults-only" spa facilities and lists four things: a sauna, a large steam room, a whirlpool and heated beds. The club says the spa has been refurbished, with a new sauna, a large steam room and "luxury heated beds". The pools page adds that the 25 m indoor pool now has a poolside spa with the same kit.
What the site doesn't say is more than what it does. There's no sauna type, size, temperature or capacity, no spa-specific opening hours, no minimum age beyond "adults-only", and no mention of a cold plunge. The images on the site carry an "illustration only" disclaimer, so they may not show the Brighton club.

Existing members, mainly. If you already swim or train here, the spa is a poolside add-on to a visit rather than a separate booking.
